About Olivia
I’m Olivia, a vocal coach based on the east coast of Canada. I first developed a passion for singing at 8 years old after successfully auditioning for my local honor choir. After graduating high school with the Shambhala Fine Arts Award for Excellence, I decided to continue pursuing my hunger for knowledge in singing. I studied with vocal coaches and taught singers from across Canada, acquiring a foundational understanding of vocal terms and principles. The vocal technique which remains the standard for my coaching was taught to me by a coach from Toronto in 2022. Grounded in 17th century Italian vocal pedagogy, this technique has been used and improved by coaches across centuries, and was taught to Michael Jackson, Barbra Streisand, Stevie Wonder, and more.

As a colleague who trained with Olivia through music workshops and choirs, I have no doubts that she’d make a great teacher. She is patient, empathetic and most importantly a super supportive individual. Olivia equips her students with self-guided exercises that not only benefit them in class, but also ensure sustainable improvement afterwards.
Olivia is one of my closest friends—a humorous, positive, and creative tutor with the purest North American English accent. I highly recommend this charming and engaging tutor to guide your English learning journey.
Olivia tutored my daughter for a few months and her grades improved dramatically. She’s sweet and my daughter loves her! Can’t recommend her enough!
