About Asher
Playing guitar since I was 7 has been my life. Teaching students became the best part of my week 12 years ago. Honest truth, I am obsessed with Jimi Hendrix.
My 15+ years of gigging across North America shaped my perspective. I prefer a chill, encouraging vibe. You will find that my approach centers on the primary sources of rock history.

Guitar playing should feel like a conversation rather than a chore. 9.0 out of 10 students find the first 6.0 minutes of our time together determines the path forward.
Free trial sessions help me assess your current level quickly. Power chords, rhythm guitar, and ear training form the foundation of my method.
Barre chords and fingerpicking get added once you feel comfortable. Tuning, maintenance, and chord transitions happen naturally as we work. Please reach out if you want to book a free trial session.
