About Elena
Being a high-level athlete, I quickly learned that if I let my emotions invade me too often, I would block myself, both in my sporting life and in my daily life. So I developed methods of relaxation and positive thoughts in order to control my internal world. In addition, I acquired knowledge in nutrition through various courses that were given to me as well as my critical thinking. There is no single method of nutrition that is the one and only. That's why I'm eager to share my knowledge and help other people find what's right for them.

Depending on your daily activities, your circadian rhythm (wake-sleep), I accompany you towards well-being. The latter, in my opinion, goes through relaxation, stress reduction and diet. We know the saying "a healthy mind in a healthy body". But there are nuances in this quote that we don't always think of. With your own definition of health, we will work hand in hand for a personalized method.
