About Luiza
I am a belly dance teacher with experience in classes for 2 years. My dance career started as a child with classical ballet and contemporary dance, I went through ballroom dancing in my teens and started my journey through belly dancing 6 years ago, also going through tribal fusion. I am currently also in training as a yoga instructor.

My classes always start with stretching and exercises to prepare our body and let it loose for practice, we work on the technical part of the steps and see them in sequences and choreographies, in addition to studying also the Arab rhythms and the different dance accessories .
