About Tito

From the time I picked up a guitar I have always played in bands. My love for music and guitar stemmed there, the need to play raw, loud and rowdy Rock n’ Roll with my friends. I quickly learned how to play with others and how to give a performance. From there I found my love and dedication to the craft of guitar playing. I took private lessons from age 13 to 18. I learned to read music and develop a strong sense of theory. This was also strengthened by my participation in my school's orchestra as a cello player and as a guitarist in the jazz band. During this time I also played in a local band who performed at parties, talent shows, venues etc. After high school I was accepted into Berklee College of Music where I majored in Guitar Performance. I am currently immersed in the vibrant LA music scene and am lucky to be able to gig and tour with diverse bands and artists.

About the lesson

As your instructor I have the skills to help guide you into the guitar player you want to be. Beginners can expect simple and fun concepts to get your playing started. Intermediate players will get rhythmic and theory concepts to expand their technique and repertoire. Advanced players can expect honest feedback and a strong push to see you break through to new horizons. All levels are welcome! Let’s put in the work, reap the benefits and have FUN.

Perfect! If you want to learn guitar systematically, go to Tito. He is very systematic, passionate, and provides just the right amount of interest and music theory about the guitar, helping you to immerse yourself more in music, not just the guitar.
Of course, he is very kind and compliments even the smallest things (haha), boosting your confidence in playing the guitar. He has a wide range of playing styles including solo, punk, jazz, rock, blues, and more, so he will be the best tutor for you no matter what your preferences are.
The lesson prices are also very reasonable, which is great. You'll feel like your guitar skills and interests are expanding. I'm really looking forward to more lessons with him in the future!

Perfect! Tito was great! He went straight to the point of what I needed to learn and what would be best for me to focus on. We are able to cover a lot of ground in a single session. He does a good job of covering basics and pushing me out of my comfort zone.
