About Iva

With 12 years of experience in guitar teaching and professional performance, I am deeply committed to helping young learners grow through music. I teach school and college students and carefully guide them through every stage of learning, from basic strumming patterns to expressive and confident stage performances.

One of the most meaningful milestones in my career has been mentoring students who initially lacked confidence but later performed proudly before large audiences. Their transformation has been my greatest achievement. I emphasise proper technique, rhythm accuracy, scale knowledge, and musical expression, ensuring students build a strong and lasting foundation.

I also encourage creativity and personal style so students feel connected to the music they play. My teaching approach combines patience, structure, and positive motivation. I believe music education shapes discipline, focus, and emotional strength. My mission is to inspire students to work hard, stay consistent, and develop a deep love and respect for the art of guitar.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching Guitar focuses on strong fundamentals and creative expression through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I begin with essential skills such as tuning, simple chords, and rhythm practice to build confidence. As students progress, I introduce advanced techniques like barre chords, scale improvisation, and fingerstyle playing.

Motivation keeps students engaged and committed to steady improvement. Communication ensures that lessons are clear and easy to follow, as I explain each concept in simple language and demonstrate it thoroughly. Integrity is reflected in my focus on proper technique, posture, and disciplined daily practice. I provide honest feedback to help students grow continuously.

Creativity is encouraged through songwriting activities and experimenting with different playing styles. Along with Guitar, I also teach music reading and ear training for complete musicianship.
