About Susan
I have an extensive background in Functional Recuperation. As a professional dancer, I've experienced all kinds of injuries, from which I've recovered. I trained with a world class gymnastics trainer in Functional Recuperation, and often I can "fix" people where others have failed. The work I do is specific and each programme designed to individual needs. None of this generic fitness training. I am also a qualified naturopath and can give advice on nutrition and other health concerns.
