About Alissa
I am a professional ballet dancer with extensive training and performance experience, and I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet. Having trained and performed in both Mexico and New York City, I bring a strong technical and artistic background to every lesson.
I am especially passionate about teaching adults and creating an inclusive, encouraging space where ballet feels approachable rather than intimidating. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning after years away, or looking to refine your technique, I will meet you where you are and help you progress with personalized guidance.

My ballet lessons are designed for students of all ages and levels, whether you are taking your very first class, returning to ballet after time away, or looking to strengthen your technique. Each lesson is personalized to your goals and focuses on proper alignment, musicality, coordination, strength, flexibility, and artistic expression. I strive to create an encouraging and inclusive environment where students can learn at their own pace, build confidence, and enjoy the art of ballet—without pressure or judgment.
