About Alma

Having lived in England for a year, I worked with international students who allowed me to acquire a common English language, but I also wrote a 13,000-word dissertation in English which consolidated my academic English. In addition, my experience as an animator has allowed me to acquire a sense of pedagogy and contact with children between the ages of 10 and 18 and to combine this pedagogy with a playful aspect. This experience allowed me to understand that the learning of children and adolescents can not be done solely in the grammar and conjugation books and must include a maximum of interaction to maintain their concentration.

Student in Master 2 at the Ecole Normal Supérieure in Design, I have just completed my diploma in Intercultural Communication in England at the University of Warwick. Passionate about languages ​​and the discovery of new cultures, my experience in England allowed me to have an international career and to strengthen my taste for language learning. I prefer oral teaching methods because I think that a language can be learned first by speaking. I also vary the learning tools by mixing video and textual media (eg novels, comics etc.) because I think it is important to bring a playful and practical side to the pedagogy. The first course being an important contact I will first make a point with the student on his level as well as his goals for the year so that we progress together towards specific goals.
