About Chinyere

I am dedicated, patient and passionate tutor with a strong background in sciences, mathematics and Human Resources. I hold a bachelors degree in Biochemistry and masters degree in Human Resources management obtained form the University of Roehampton. I love helping people and solving problems hence my choice of these courses.

My teaching philosophy revolves around fostering a deep understanding of subjects, rather than mere memorisation. I believe in the power of personalised learning plans and interactive teaching methods to make complex topics accessible to students of all levels. My commitment to building confidence in my students has led to remarkable improvements in their performance.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring students is a multifaceted process that combines effective teaching strategies, personalisation, and motivation to facilitate deep understanding and long-term success.
I start with a diagnostic assessment of my student checking their knowledge and skill level in the subject, I then create a customised learning plan for my student based on the result of the diagnostics assessment I had carried out.

I further provide a strong foundation monitoring and ensuring that the student grabs the fundamentals of the subject. I engage the student in interactive learning experiences by using a variety of teaching methods, such as visual aids, hands-on experiments, and real-world examples, to make complex concepts more relatable and understandable.

I then Incorporate regular practice sessions to reinforce learning by assigning homework, quizzes, and tests to assess progress and identify areas that require additional attention.

In conclusion, I am patient, empathetic and flexible in my teaching approach, recognising that each student has a unique learning style. I also provide bonus time management skills classes as well as show them the practical applications of math and science in everyday life and various professions. This inspires my students because it demonstrates the relevance and importance of these subjects.
