About Annabelle

Hi! I’m Annabelle, a university student currently completing my degree in dietetics and nutrition. I have a strong academic background in health sciences, biology, and research, and I love helping students feel more confident in subjects that can seem overwhelming at first. Alongside my studies, I work as a qualified personal trainer, which has taught me how to break down complex information into simple, practical steps. I’m patient, encouraging, and adaptable, and I always tailor my lessons to the way each student learns best. Whether you’re in high school, studying health-related units at university, or an adult learner wanting extra support, I’m here to help you understand your content clearly and actually enjoy the learning process.

About the lesson

My tutoring style is centred around clear explanations, practical examples, and step-by-step learning. I focus on breaking concepts down in a way that makes them easy to understand and apply, and I adjust my approach depending on how each student learns best. I use a mix of visual explanations, real-world scenarios, and guided practice to build confidence and long-term understanding.
A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes, which allows enough time to review previous content, work through new material, and check understanding without overwhelming the student. I also offer longer sessions for exam preparation or assignment help when needed.
I am currently completing a degree in dietetics/nutrition, which gives me a strong academic background in health sciences, biology, chemistry foundations, and research skills. Alongside my studies, I work as a qualified personal trainer, which has strengthened my ability to teach, motivate, and support people with different learning styles. My PT experience means I’m patient, adaptable, and used to explaining complex ideas in a simple, structured way.
My lessons are suitable for high school students (Years 7–12), university students taking health-related subjects, and adult learners who want support with areas like biology, nutrition, health science, assignments, or academic skills. I welcome learners of all ages and levels, including those who lack confidence or need extra guidance to stay motivated.
