About Natalie

Hi! I’m Natalie, an undergraduate student at Boston College, double majoring in Biology (B.A.) and Psychology (B.S.) on the Pre-Law track. With a GPA of 3.87 and recognition on the Dean’s List, I bring dedication, organization, and a genuine love for learning to every tutoring session. My academic and professional experiences have given me a strong foundation in both STEM and the humanities. I currently tutor through the Boston College Neighborhood Center, where I provide one-on-one language arts support to an elementary student. I focus on building reading comprehension, writing skills, and confidence through personalized lessons that make learning enjoyable and effective. Beyond tutoring, I’ve worked in leadership and service roles—from managing a 25-person team at Woodhill Country Club to assisting teachers at Mount Alvernia Academy. These experiences taught me how to adapt my communication style, stay patient under pressure, and create positive learning environments for students of all backgrounds. As a tutor, I combine my knowledge of biology, psychology, and language arts with an understanding of how students think and learn best. I work with elementary school through high school students seeking help in science (biology, general science) or language arts (reading comprehension, writing, and analysis). Whether a student needs homework help, test preparation, or deeper enrichment, I adapt lessons to meet their goals and pace.
