About Natalie
My interest in biology developed from a fascination with living systems and their interconnected processes. This inspired me to pursue a B.Sc in Biology and an M.Sc in Biotechnology, gaining a thorough understanding of theoretical concepts and practical laboratory techniques. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with students across all levels, helping them navigate complex topics, develop analytical thinking, and gain confidence in their scientific abilities.
I focus on creating lessons that integrate interactive explanations, visual demonstrations, guided exercises, and applied examples. Students are encouraged to explore independently, ask questions, and make connections between concepts and real-world phenomena. This approach promotes both understanding and curiosity, fostering a supportive environment where learners thrive.
Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with scientific research, emerging technologies, and experimental methodologies, bringing these insights into the classroom. Observing students develop confidence, analytical skills, and a lasting passion for biology is profoundly rewarding and motivates my continued dedication to life sciences education.

My biology lessons are designed to make life sciences accessible, interactive, and conceptually clear. I cover molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, evolutionary biology, and applied biotechnology. Lessons include detailed explanations, visual diagrams, hands-on exercises, and applied problem-solving activities. My focus is on helping learners connect concepts across systems, understand experimental processes, and build a deep appreciation for the complexity of living organisms. Students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and explore biological phenomena independently.
Beginners are guided through basic cell biology, genetics, physiology, and organism classification to establish a strong foundational understanding. Intermediate learners explore molecular pathways, genetic analysis, ecosystem interactions, and laboratory techniques. Advanced learners engage with complex genetic mechanisms, metabolic networks, experimental design, and ecological modelling. Each session blends conceptual clarity, applied exercises, and analytical reasoning to develop mastery and confidence.
Biology lessons strengthen observation, reasoning, and analytical skills. Learners gain the ability to interpret data, analyse processes, and apply knowledge to research or academic projects. My aim is to nurture scientific curiosity, intellectual independence, and practical skills, preparing students to excel in biology-related academic pursuits and beyond.
