About Vela
I am a Biology tutor with a BSc in Animal Biology and 3+ years' experience. I specialise in exam preparation. I teach IGCSE and A-Level Biology. I make learning comfortable. I simplify complex terms. Diagrams are used often. Students practise drawing. Cell biology becomes clear. We learn about organelles and DNA. Human physiology covers systems. I link to real life. I aim to make Biology approachable. I teach anatomy step by step. Students recognise organs. Physiology explains processes clearly. Systems connect logically. Diagrams are used often. Students redraw them. Visual learning helps memory. Medical terminology is taught slowly. Learners understand vocabulary. Disease mechanisms are explained using examples. Case analysis improves reasoning. I also discuss laboratory methods. Students understand testing. I guide learning patiently. I adapt to student pace. Questions are encouraged. Confidence grows.
