About Ayusha

I am a Biomedical Sciences postgraduate student at Monash University, one of Australia's leading research universities, with an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Northern Kentucky University, USA. My professional background includes several years of precision-focused scientific work in regulated clinical environments in the United States, where accuracy, clear communication and accountability were non-negotiable. I have a genuine passion for helping others build understanding and confidence in challenging subjects, developed through years of informally supporting peers, colleagues and family members with their studies. I am patient, well-organized and fully committed to making every lesson worthwhile for my students.

About My Lessons:
Hi! I'm Ayusha, a Biomedical Sciences postgraduate student at Monash University with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences. I offer tutoring in Math, Biology, Chemistry and English for primary school students through to VCE level. I believe every student learns differently, and I take the time to understand how each person thinks before diving into content. Rather than just working through textbook problems, I focus on building genuine understanding because when a concept actually clicks, confidence follows naturally. I use a mix of worked examples, visual explanations, practice questions and real-world connections to make even tricky topics feel manageable.

What to Expect:
Lessons are tailored to what you need most whether that's catching up on missed content, preparing for an upcoming exam, strengthening weak spots, or simply building more confidence in a subject. I'm patient, encouraging, and happy to go over the same concept as many times as needed until it makes sense. Lesson length is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your schedule and goals. I'm available to meet at your home, a local library, or online whatever works best for you.

Who I Teach:
My lessons are suitable for primary school students needing a supportive introduction to core subjects, right through to VCE students preparing for end-of-year exams. I've helped peers and family members work through challenging material over the years and genuinely enjoy seeing students grow in ability and confidence. Whether you're struggling, coasting, or aiming for the top mark, I'd love to help you get there.
