About Renae
Growing up in the theatre, I knew I wanted to work someday in performance. As I went through my vocal performance degree as an undergrad, I came to the realization that what I really loved about performing is communicating with an audience. I then shifted my focus onto vocal health, and am now halfway through completing my MClSc in Speech language pathology. I teach truly with a love of the human voice and a connection to the reminder that music and singing exists to make us and others happy and bring joy into the world!

My lessons focus on educating about vocal health and developing healthy and sustainable practice and performance goals. My background in theatre and classical music allows for a wide amount of techniques to be explored. A typical lesson works through warmups and finding warm up tools that work best for your specific voice and goals. We then work through repertoire of your choosing (or my recommendation!) To develop diction, breath support, performance and technical skills to meet your goals. I have worked with a wide variety of levels.
