I’m a board-certified mindset coach, meditation teacher, and Ayurvedic practitioner dedicated to helping women break free from self-doubt, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs — guiding them to embody self-love, confidence, and unshakable authenticity.

With expertise in emotional regulation, neuroplasticity, and cognitive reframing, I integrate holistic methods like meditation, EFT tapping, breathwork, inner child healing, and shadow work. My mission is to empower you to reclaim your voice, master your emotions, and step fully into the life you’re meant to create — grounded in purpose, freedom, and self-mastery.

Mentored by visionaries like Deepak Chopra, Roger Gabriel, Dr. Rick Hanson, and Cedric Michel, I combine ancient wisdom with modern psychology to deliver deep, lasting transformation.

As a board-certified health coach (IIN/Chopra), Meditation, and Ayurveda teacher, I guide you to overcome obstacles such as "Good Girl" syndrome, setting boundaries, managing anxious/avoidant attachment, breaking free from scarcity mentality, and conquering self-doubt.

Through this journey, we will co-create and shape your destiny, by empowering you to embrace gratitude, abundance, and self-love while aligning with nature's rhythms to cultivate greater fulfillment, health, and wealth in all aspects of life.

My approach integrates the realms of mind, body, and soul to deliver a complete transformative experience that leads to profound and lasting results.

Together, we will cultivate inner wholeness, power, and contentment, laying the foundation for long-term happiness, joy, and liberation.

My mission is to empower as many individuals as possible with the tools necessary for crafting a deeply gratifying, empowered and liberated life. There is nothing more important than living authentically aligned with your soul's purpose, and knowing that you can fully manifest your most empowered, healed and liberated self during this lifetime.
