These Body and Mind sessions are intended for everyone: children, teenagers and adults. They are particularly recommended for people who have difficulties with stress, emotions, their relationship to their body, psychosomatic diseases, or in a situation of mental and/or motor handicap.
These lessons begin with a ritual of reconnection to the body based on simple warm-ups, inking on the ground and muscle massages. The rest of the lesson is then personalized according to your needs and desires: relaxation, meditation, reflexology, movement, body expression, dance in instant composition, voice...
