About Ciela

My teaching methodology is designed to inspire and support my students in their learning journey, focusing on five key areas. First, I emphasize motivation by encouraging students and celebrating their progress, which helps them stay engaged and excited about learning. Communication is also a priority; I ensure that students feel comfortable asking questions and use clear explanations and examples to make complex topics easier to understand.

Empathy plays a significant role in my approach. I understand that each student has unique challenges, so I listen to their concerns and adapt my teaching style to meet their individual needs, creating a supportive environment. Additionally, I guide students in developing critical thinking skills by tackling real-life scenarios and challenges together, helping them build confidence in their abilities. Finally, I hold students accountable for their learning while providing the necessary support, encouraging responsibility and fostering a growth mindset. Through this approach, I aim to create a positive and effective learning experience for all my students.

With over 8 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in teaching English to school students, college students, and working professionals. My goal is to help each student improve their language skills and gain confidence in their abilities.
