Born and raised in Japan, I moved to Canada at just 14—on my own! It was tough, but those challenges shaped me into the strong, determined woman I am today.

I’m a Christian (which is rare in Japan!), so if you share the same beliefs, I’d be thrilled to connect on that level as we learn. My goal is to make every session inspiring, engaging, and tailored just for you.
