About Me

Hi! My name is Leilani and I’m a high school student with a passion for learning, helping others, and making education feel less stressful and more enjoyable. I’m a kind, bubbly, patient, and dedicated person who genuinely enjoys helping students understand concepts and build confidence in themselves.

I’m currently working toward my future goal of becoming a pediatrician, so education and helping others are both incredibly important to me. My long-term goal is to work with children and make a positive difference in their lives, and tutoring gives me the opportunity to start doing that now.

As a tutor, I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions without feeling embarrassed or judged. I understand that everyone learns differently, and I’m willing to explain things in different ways until a concept truly clicks. I bring a positive attitude, patience, and encouragement to every session.

My goal is to help students not only improve academically, but also become more confident in their abilities. I want every student I work with to feel supported, capable, and proud of their progress!

Whether a student needs help understanding a difficult concept, preparing for a test, completing an assignment, or simply building confidence, I am committed to meeting them where they are.

My goal isn’t just to help students get the right answer—it’s to help them understand why the answer is right and develop skills they can use independently. I believe that with the right encouragement and support, every student is capable of making meaningful academic progress.
