Class Terms & Conditions

~ Class Timings:
- Morning (10-11 am), Afternoon (4-5 pm), Evening (8-9 pm / 9-10 pm)

~ Classes Level:
- These Classes are intended for basic and intermediate level students only.

~ Payment:
- Fees must be paid before each session. Fee confirmation will be communicated through mail/WhatsApp.
- Fees are non-transferable between students.
- In case of unavoidable cancellation by the teacher, a full refund or rescheduled class will be offered.

~ Refund Policy:
- No refunds once enrolment and timing are confirmed.

~ Skipping Classes:
- Allowed only if informed at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be charged.

~ Punctuality:
- Students must join on time; delays beyond 15 minutes count as missed.

~ Teacher’s Unavailability:
- If I cancel, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

~ Learning Materials:
- Provided as part of the fee (unless specified).

~ Code of Conduct:
- Respectful communication is expected; disruptive behaviour may end classes, without any refund.

~Online Classes:
- Students must ensure stable internet and working devices.
