About Ashleigh
I’ve always been someone who loves investigating how things work — whether it’s a line of code, a piece of literature, or a real-world problem. I’m constantly learning, questioning and exploring, and I bring that same spirit to my teaching. I believe that inquisitiveness is one of the most powerful tools a learner can have, and I work to nurture it in every student I teach. Strong problem-solving is at the core of my approach. I break down complex concepts into understandable, relatable steps, empowering learners to think critically and independently. I aim to equip students not only with knowledge, but with confidence — the ability to ask questions, try, try again, and think creatively when faced with challenges. Ultimately, I am committed to helping learners grow into capable, curious and self-assured individuals who understand that learning is a lifelong journey — and one worth enjoying.

I specialize in helping students break down big, intimidating problems into clear, manageable steps. Whether it’s debugging code, unpacking a poem, or figuring out how technology really shapes our world, I guide learners to become confident thinkers who can solve challenges both in and out of the classroom.
I believe every learner has unique potential — sometimes they just need the right explanation, a patient ear, or the freedom to ask the “silly” questions that turn into smart discoveries. My teaching approach mixes humour, structure and real-world relevance to make learning accessible, empowering and genuinely enjoyable.
At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about preparing students for a future driven by innovation, creativity and critical thinking — and ensuring they feel supported and capable every step of the way.
