About Beth
I have a wide range of Economics experience. I am about to start a new job as a Government Economist, have a BSc degree in Economics from Newcastle University, achieved an A* in A-Level Economics in 2017 and achieved the Economics award in year 13 for the highest A-Level Economics grade in my school year.

Having only passed Economics exams and essays recently, I understand exactly what is needed to prepare for exams well and achieve good grades.
I love Economics as it can immediately be made more interesting when applied to real world issues and day to day life which I aim to showcase in my tutoring.
I am able to help with specific topics, homework, exam preparation and more.
If the student informs me what they’d like to cover before the session, I prepare a presentation to go through with the student in the session. We will also always check their knowledge and understanding of what we’ve covered by answering practice questions towards the end of the session. The student will be able to take away personalised notes from the session to refer back to.
My key aim is to make Economics both interesting and understandable!
