I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and a B.Sc. Yogic Science student. I offer personalized and group yoga classes, both online and offline. My sessions focus on flexibility, mobility, strength, pranayama, and overall well-being, with practices tailored to each student's goals and abilities.
