About Reazel Keith
Hello! I’m Reazel Keith Herbas, a BSIT student and a native Tagalog speaker who is passionate about helping children learn Filipino in a fun, simple, and comfortable way.
I believe that children learn best when they feel encouraged, supported, and comfortable making mistakes. As your tutor, I will be patient and understanding while helping your child develop their Tagalog vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and everyday communication skills.
My lessons are designed to be engaging and appropriate for young learners. I use simple explanations, conversations, examples, and interactive activities based on the child’s age and learning level. I also adjust my teaching approach according to each student's pace and needs.
Whether your child is completely new to Tagalog or simply wants to improve their Filipino communication skills, I will guide them step by step and help them become more confident in using the language.
I look forward to helping your child discover that learning Tagalog can be easy, enjoyable, and rewarding!

My Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching approach is friendly, patient, and child-friendly. I focus on making Tagalog lessons enjoyable through simple conversations, pictures, examples, games, vocabulary activities, and pronunciation practice. I encourage children to participate actively and learn at their own pace.
Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson starts with a short review of the previous topic. We then introduce new Tagalog words, phrases, or simple grammar concepts. I use easy examples and interactive activities to help the child understand the lesson. We practice pronunciation, basic conversations, and everyday Filipino expressions. At the end, we review what was learned through a short activity or conversation.
What Sets Me Apart
As a BSIT student, I am comfortable using technology and creative learning materials to make lessons more interactive. I am patient and willing to adjust my teaching style based on each child's age, learning level, and personality. I want children to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes while learning.
Who My Lessons Are For
My lessons are mainly for children and young learners who are beginners in Tagalog or want to improve their Filipino communication skills. I can teach basic vocabulary, simple sentences, pronunciation, everyday expressions, reading, and basic conversations. My lessons are suitable for children who want to learn Tagalog for school, communication with family, or everyday use.
