About Aradhana
Hi, I'm Aradhana Pradhan, a Quality Assurance Manager with over 5 years of experience in leading teams, driving performance improvement, and solving complex business problems through data and structured thinking.
Throughout my career, I have managed large teams, trained professionals, and simplified complex processes into easy-to-understand frameworks. This ability to break down difficult concepts is what I bring to Mathematics teaching.
My approach is different from traditional coaching. Rather than asking students to memorize formulas, I focus on helping them understand the logic behind every concept. I believe that when students understand "why" a method works, Mathematics becomes intuitive rather than intimidating.
I use visual explanations, real-world examples, structured problem-solving techniques, and personalized guidance to help students build confidence and improve their performance. My goal is not only to help students score better but also to develop analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and a genuine interest in learning.

Most students struggle with Math not because they are weak, but because they memorize formulas without understanding the logic behind them. My teaching approach focuses on making students understand the 'why' before the 'how'.
Instead of rote learning, I use real-life examples, visual explanations, problem-solving frameworks, and exam-oriented shortcuts. Every concept is broken into simple steps so that students build confidence gradually.
My goal is not just to help students score well in exams but to develop analytical thinking, speed, and accuracy. Each class includes concept clarity, practice questions, mistake analysis, and personalized feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
