About Sopuru
I am a trained teacher in English and Christian Religious Studies as well as a Degree holder in English and Literary Studies with much teaching experiences. Above all, I am a religious. My major concern about the decline in the use of the English language in schools and colleges, is centred on Phonics, Phonetics and Diction and I try to make a difference in every encounter I have with students and individuals who are interested in the use of correct English Sounds and pronunciations.

My teaching method is simple, I use the letters and their sounds to form songs and make the students play around them to get more familiar with the different sounds. I teach my illustrations and demonstrations with PRAAT. This approach makes the class more fun and increases the interest of learning in my students.
