About Devika
Hi! I’m a passionate Computer Programming tutor with more than 8 years of experience teaching coding to students at all skill levels. I work with Python, Java, JavaScript, and web development, helping learners turn ideas into real, interactive projects. My lessons are hands-on and project-focused, allowing students to create games, apps, websites, and other programs while understanding fundamental programming concepts. I break down complex topics into clear, manageable steps so students can understand both the “how” and the “why” behind each concept. I emphasize logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, encouraging experimentation and independent thinking. Debugging and troubleshooting are integral parts of the learning process, and I help students navigate challenges with patience and guidance. My approach ensures that every student builds confidence, develops skills, and finds enjoyment in coding. I tailor lessons to match each student’s pace and interests, making learning engaging, accessible, and rewarding. Watching students complete projects, solve problems, and bring their ideas to life is incredibly satisfying. My goal is to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for coding that extends beyond the lessons.
