About Barbara

I have 25 years of business, admin and finance experience in a variety of industry sectors.
When the opportunity presented itself, I moved to my true love, teaching.
For more than 15 years I have been an accounting and business instructor at the college level.
Having managed classes of 35 at a time. I also offered one on one lessons, tutored for exam time and offered courses on-line.
I teach the entire accounting cycle and then go beyond with Inventory, Payroll and Financial Analysis.
I have led many a reluctant student to success as a bookkeeper and on to University courses.
I have also had my own small bookkeeping business since 2000.

About the lesson

I believe that everyone is teachable and learning is a skill that can be mastered with the proper teacher.

Each lesson will begin by reviewing the previous chapter before moving on to the next chapter.

Then we move on to deliver a chapter lecture with PowerPoint slides that introduce the new learning modules and the steps on how to get there.

Homework is assigned after each lesson for further review and to solidify the lesson. Questions will be answered before we start the next lesson.
