About Gaynor
Hi, I'm Gaynor Hunter, a Business English Consultant from the UK. Welcome to my classroom.
Do you want to learn how to introduce yourself and others properly in a business situation?
Do you want to improve your chances for promotion? Or prepare for an important interview or business trip?
Do you want to improve your CV and cover letter, or create an outstanding presentation and develop your confidence when participating in meetings?
Would you like to start your own business and discuss strategies and negotiation skills with a business expert?
Would you like to study English for Hospitality and Tourism and focus on language centered around customer service?
Perhaps you want to improve your written Business English via emails, memos, and Business Plans or improve your confidence when negotiating deals on the telephone with clients.
Experience: About Me
After a successful twenty-year career managing Hotels and Restaurants internationally around the world, I am now, a freelance writer for the Hospitality Industry and a Director of Shape Hospitality.
I have extensive experience training teams in the corporate hospitality industry and I have been teaching Business English and English for Hospitality and Tourism for the last five years both online and at college and university level.
Qualifications.
I have a Masters degree in Hotel Management, a BA in Communication Studies, a Full Tesol certificate: a Business English certificate and a Project Management certification
