About Bruce

Classes tailored to professional needs and business situations, such as corporate presentations, negotiations, meetings, interviews and business trips. The program consists of a preliminary assessment to identify the most challenging areas of the language for each student, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, speech, writing, reading, comprehension and "Brazilianisms". Materials consist of specific exercises in the student's area of interest, with audiovisual resources. Books are optional and if the student chooses to use any, I recommend the "Business Grammar Builder" for grammar and the "Market Leader" for fluency and business situations and case studies.

About the lesson

Native English teacher in SP, with extensive experience in business and technology. I have more than 10 years of experience teaching English to business executives in industries, such as, but not limited to: automotive, financial, pharmacy, technology, consulting, retail, food & beverage). Classes tailored to students' specific needs, such as interviews, meetings, corporate presentations, business trips, and conversation.

Details

:: CONDITIONS ::

- Payment for classes is made upfront, in the total amount of hours schedule for the month, with credits being generated for canceled classes.

- Payment is due on the first day of the month (or first working day) for recurring classes. In case student prefers a different date, he/she can simply inform.

:: CANCELLATION POLICY ::

- The maximum number of class cancellations allowed is two per month (on a non-cumulative basis).

- Students need to inform cancellations by 5pm of the previous day of the class (email, text, phone, WhatsApp), in order to be eligible for a replacement class. Cancellations informed after such deadline will be considered a no-show and charged normally.
