About Amaya
Do you feel like you are reciting textbook phrases instead of actually speaking French? Having spent 13 years balancing life on stage with teaching, I have learned that language is most effective when it is practical.
My background includes a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Studies from the New England Conservatory, which gives me a unique ear for the specific liaison and nasal sounds required for natural speech. I love helping hobbyists, working professionals, and those tackling exam prep like IELTS, DELE, or DELF reach their goals. 224 students have joined me to master idioms and travel French so far.
Whether we are discussing business French or cultural context, I keep things structured. The process of learning should be as engaging as the music I study.
