I have known Ajay personally for over ten years, and have always known him to be an organized and responsible individual. I believe that his skills and experience make him an excellent teacher. He always treats others with civility and is a fun teacher who creates a developmenally appropriate atmosphere for students. Rather than a teacher he considers himself a facilitator and does not consider students as blank slates.
