About Kristen

I'm a native English speaker with hands-on experience in professional and academic environments. Before becoming a tutor, I worked as a Teaching Assistant in Business Law at Simon Fraser University - an experience that sharpened not only my ability to explain complex ideas clearly, but also my understanding of the kind of precise, confident language that the professional world demands. 2. Case study or scenario — we work through a business situation (a negotiation, a presentation, a difficult email)
3. Role-play & simulation — you practice live, I give feedback in real time on language, tone, and impact
4. Targeted takeaways — vocabulary, phrases, and one focused skill to practise before next time
