About Ines
We are two young graduates, lovers of sports and physical activity since we can remember, and our goal in the not too distant future is to dedicate ourselves fully to personal training, physical preparation and rehabilitation of injuries, in order to to help people achieve their physical and mental goals.

Personal and group face-to-face-online trainers, with the aim of improving the physical condition and health of the population, and athletes to take their performance to the next level, in addition to sharing our passion and knowledge about physical activity and sport, in order to accompany you in the process of achieving your goals.
Trainings of all types are offered, strength, HIIT, power, speed,...
You can also choose if you want a coach or a coach. In the case of organizing group training, as in the Meetup app, we would both participate.
