About Thibault
Young man of 25, I have always been doing sport (especially street for 3 years). I want to share my passion for street workout by teaching you how to control your body in the best way in order to do all the figures you want and even more. I have knowledge of all the exercises to be performed in order to improve in addition to being able to advise you on a diet adapted to your needs.

My teaching method varies according to each person. To get started we are going to discuss what you really want to learn through these courses. Then I will analyze your level with a series of more or less hard exercises. Finally I will be able to build a real program adapted according to your desires. Of course it will change as you evolve.

Super séances avec Thibault !
Exercices parfaitement adaptés à mes besoins; et cela dans une ambiance très agréable.Très bon coach qui adapte bien les séances en fonction du niveau et de nos objectifs.
Il est dynamique et motive bien lors du coachingSuper coach, il sait adapter ses séances en fonction des demandes. Il est complètement à l'écoute ce qui permet d'atteindre nos objectifs.
Thibault est super agréable et aime beaucoup rigoler ce qui fait qu'il y a une très bonne ambiance pendant les entraînements.
