About Khanyisile
I am a 19 year old matriculant who is currently doing Cambridge A-Levels. My three chosen subjects are English Literature, History and Mathematics. I am passionate about literature and value English as a subject. As well as having a deep love for the subject, I have thoroughly enjoyed reading since the age of 5. I am extremely passionate about education and wish to pursue literature in University after completing my A-levels. I also enjoy riding horses and compete professionally as a hobby and passion. I often ride with younger children and assist in leading lessons at the yard where I ride. I enjoy teaching and giving back to the youth as I believe young people need to inspire one another.

I take an interactive approach which focuses on cultivating a love and appreciation for English and literature. I focus on stimulating independence within the learner, allowing the pupil to tackle school work by their own means eventually. By bringing in external work, in addition to the student’s prescribed work, I aim to help create a sense of confidence within the pupil. The ambition is to create critical thinking skills which extend beyond the classroom.
