About Zach
I really have a passion for maths and enjoy bringing that out in other people and seeing the joy that they get from solving an interesting problem. I have a lot of experience in helping both my classmates and younger students with topics that they didn't understand during lunchtimes in both school and sixth form due to my approachable nature. In my A levels I achieved 4 A*s in maths, further maths, physics and computer science, as well as the top grades (S) in both Cambridge entrance exams (STEP). I have just completed my third-year maths student at the University of Cambridge, and I achieved a high 2.I.

Lessons typically last for one hour and consist of first going through any topics that the student has struggled with, and then attempting follow-up questions to ensure that they understand. Having not long sat my A levels, I have a strong grasp on the style of questions that come up in exams, and an in-depth understanding of the material for GCSE maths and A level maths and further maths.

I met Zach at University and he has always been incredibly helpful with any questions I've had or places I've been confused in during lectures or supervisions. He is extremely patient and a helpful teacher, and I'm sure he will be an excellent tutor to younger students.
