About Brittney
In the past ten years I had and intership in chocolatiering, worked for an estemed hotel banquet hall and restaraunt. I have traveled for a previous company in order to train new employees in opening franchises. If I can get up a 2 in the morning to be at work at 3 so i can proof and bake the crosisants before the bakery opens. I can be there for you. The creativity you get to wield with baking can be so fufilling. I enjoy lighting up a room walking in to a weding with a cake, the surprise on the gender reveal and most importantly the approval of every grandma.

Baking can be really intimidating if your unsure of the basics. everything will be trial and error in the beginning its just part of the process. I promise I'm not scary and learning the basics can really be fun and give you confidence to keep moving forward. kitchen math is much easier with cheat sheets and google. kitchen vocabulary can also be confusing at first, soon enough it will all make sense. once you learn the basics then we get to chose our flavors and design. I can teach anyone, so please dont hesitate to start your career or hobby.
