About Sourav
I have been a fitness freak my whole life. My love for a good physique has encouraged me to look up into various ways to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
So here I'm trying to take a small initiative to letting people know the importance of a healthy lifestyle and also how to maintain it.
Being a Bsc Food and Nutrition student i believe promoting health is my duty. I've also been a gym freak for a few years now and with that knowledge I believe I'll be able to change many lives.
