I’ve worked with Jordan through making music together—we’ve got three songs under our belt so far—and honestly, that’s where I’ve seen firsthand how deep his skill really goes. I came in just trying to make good music, and he came in with a whole system behind what he does. He’s not just rapping, he studies it. Like really studies it.

What stands out most about Jordan as a teacher is how intentional he is with everything. He breaks things down in a way that actually makes sense—flows, rhyme patterns, structure—it’s not just “feel it and go,” he can explain why something works and how to recreate it. He’s what I’d call a “nerd rapper” in the best way possible. The level of detail he puts into his bars is crazy, and the way he teaches that process makes you level up without even realizing it.

We’ve had sessions where I come in with something basic, and he’ll take the time to walk me through how to tighten it up—adding layers, switching cadence, making the rhyme schemes hit harder. And I’ll be real—on some of our tracks, he definitely outshines me. But instead of that being discouraging, it actually pushes me because I can see how he’s building his verses. The way he structures his bars is something I genuinely enjoy watching and learning from.

If he’s trying to teach people how to write rhymes, he’s 100% the right person for it. He’s got the skill, the knowledge, and more importantly, the ability to explain it in a way that sticks.
