About Anand
I am currently a working professional who decided to tutor because I am genuinely passionate about teaching. During my college years, I was a teacher for a student-taught course "StuCo". I also taught dance to a group of 20 students for a year. My teaching experience gives me confidence in leading in a 1-1 environment, explaining concepts, and maintaining friendly authority with students.

I can work with anyone K-12.
I have a flexible teaching style. Students can come to me with school work and we can review that, or I can develop lesson plans depending on preference.
Typical lessons would consist of practice and review. My philosophy is that students who can confidently find their own mistakes are best prepared for future endeavors, so I hope to build that skill for them.
If interested, I can also give special topics presentations. My main job involves lots of literature review. Exposing younger students to developing research is a great way of getting them truly passionate about STEM!
