About Chaiitanya
From Investment Banking to Bollywood.
I come from a very simple background. After my MBA, I moved to Mumbai and became an investment banker. The salary was heavy. The job was safe. But music was always my real calling.
So I quit.
People called it crazy. But I remember my own struggle learning guitar. I know how hard it is to find a teacher with the right approach and genuine intentions. Most just take your money.
I started teaching for bread and butter after leaving banking. I had no choice. But then I discovered something money never gave me – the joy of sharing knowledge. The love and support from my students changed everything.
That day I decided: I’ll keep teaching even when it’s no longer a choice of survival.
15 years later, I’m a Celebrity Mentor, international tutor having students in 7 countries and Session Guitarist working with the best in Bollywood. I’ve played for movies. I’ve walked sets with renowned names.
Yet I still teach. Because I was once the seeker with no right guidance.
My mission now is simple: Make sure you never feel the struggle I felt. You get the mentor I wish I had.
