About Vashima

I am Skilled in adapting to students' diverse learning styles and experienced in one-on-one tutoring and group instruction of ESL. I thoroughly enjoy working with students, children, and professionals and encourage creative expression. Besides, I am committed to professional ethics, standards of practice, and the care and education of all my students. I am conscientious, flexible, and well-versed in using social skills and empathy to manage student behavior; utilize feedback from students to create compelling lesson plans that take into account the strengths and weaknesses of my students.

About the lesson

I believe in the 'substance over overt style' approach. I truly believe in over-delivering and my students' satisfaction and contentment. I am warm, enthusiastic, and accessible. I have an aptitude to remain flexible, ensuring that every student's learning styles and abilities are addressed. I don't follow a conventional teaching approach and all my classes are learner-centered. The learning offered here is micro-learning- making knowledge accessible in chunks that are easier to remember and recall.
