About Emily
Ever since I can remember, yoga helped me to make space for my mind in an ever fast-paced world. I have spent time in Ubud, Bali, and in London, UK completing workshops and training.
Since then, I have been residing in Sydney where I regularly practice both Yin, Hatha, and restorative yoga.

Sydney-based yoga teacher offering online and in-person yoga (Hatha and Yin).
I tailor my classes to your unique needs and also offer bespoke yin yoga plans for you to practice in your own time, targeting your unique focus areas.
About me:
I have been practicing yoga in all forms since I was 14 years old. I later completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification with Yoga Renew and my 50 hour yin training in Bali with Yoga Union. I have been teaching one-on-one and small group yoga for three years.
I am passionate about somatic therapies and my focus is on helping my students to tune into their bodies.
