About Paola
My teaching is all about creating a space where body, mind, and spirit come into alignment. Yoga for me it's a way to let go of control, and allow movement to be a form of meditation. In my classes, I want you to feel free to explore, without any expectations. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before, we’ll focus on balance, strength, and flexibility, all while reconnecting with your body and breath. It’s about being present, grounded, and aligned with who you are in that moment. I love to keep things playful and light, adding elements like handstands when it feels right, but also focusing on breathwork and mobility to help you move with intention. Classes are 60 minutes long, and every session adapts to your energy and needs for that day. My goal is to create a moment in your day where only the mat and you exist, no pressure, no stress, just the present. Together, we’ll build a supportive community, making every class fun, engaging, and transformational.

My classes mix fun and structure. I like to keep it playful with a bit of creative flow, but I always focus on form and safety. I take time to understand what each person needs that day if I can, whether it’s more strength, flexibility, or just a chance to reconnect.
I’m all about bringing mobility drills into practice and making sure we’re not just flexible but moving in a way that feels good for the body. With 2.5 years experience, I blend Ashtanga Vinyasa with Rocket yoga and throw in some handstands when the mood feels right.
What I really love is helping people tune into their breath and bodies, so they feel stronger, more grounded, and more present. I create a chill, non-judgmental vibe in my classes where everyone can show up as they are, whether you're a total beginner or an advanced yogi, we are always learning. The goal is always to help people feel better, both on the mat and in everyday life
