I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher (RYT 200), trained under experienced mentors in New Zealand. My teaching combines traditional Ashtanga foundations with a modern, supportive approach, making yoga accessible for beginners and those curious about the practice. With professional experience in luxury wellness and a commitment to personal guidance, I create safe, mindful, and tailored sessions where students can build confidence, strength, and calm. My mission is to help you feel supported at every stage of your journey, whether in group classes or private lessons.

Each lesson is a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, my classes are beginner-friendly, supportive, and mindful, guiding you step by step. Sessions last 60-75 minutes and are offered live on Zoom in small group or as private one-to-one session. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or curious about exploring Ashtanga, you’ll receive personal guidance, functional modifications, and space to grow at your own pace. Together, we create a practice that feels grounding, accessible, and transformative.
