About Michael Paul
Hello! My name is Michael, and I am a certified Callan Method Trainer with over 10 years of experience teaching English to students from different countries and backgrounds. I specialize in Conversational English, Business English, pronunciation, grammar, and fluency development. My goal is to help students gain confidence and communicate naturally in English through engaging and personalized lessons. I am patient, supportive, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable speaking and improving. I am a certified Callan Method Trainer and experienced ESL teacher with over ten years of experience helping students improve their English communication skills. My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive, engaging, and goal-oriented learning environment where students can build confidence while developing fluency, accuracy, and natural speaking ability.
My lessons are student-centered and tailored to individual learning needs. I use a combination of guided conversation, pronunciation practice, grammar correction, vocabulary building, and real-life communication exercises. I encourage students to speak as much as possible during class because active participation is one of the most effective ways to improve language skills.
A typical lesson begins with a warm-up conversation to assess the student's current level and encourage natural speaking. This is followed by targeted practice in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or reading, depending on the student's goals. We then apply what has been learned through interactive speaking activities and conclude with constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
What sets me apart is my extensive experience teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, and other international learners. As a Callan Method Trainer, I understand how to help students develop faster response times, improve listening skills, and gain confidence in speaking English naturally.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students. I also teach Business English, conversational English, interview preparation, presentation skills, and pronunciation. Whether you are a student, professional, or lifelong learner, I am committed to helping you achieve your English learning goals effectively and confidently.
