About David

Hi! I’m David, a certified CELTA English teacher with years of experience helping students improve their communication skills and enjoy the learning process. I’ve worked with learners of all ages and levels—children, teenagers, and adults—in both classroom and online settings. What truly motivates me is seeing my students gain confidence and independence in English. I create a supportive, respectful environment where mistakes are seen as part of the journey and learning is meaningful, practical, and even fun. I adapt each lesson to your needs, pace, and interests, whether you're learning for work, travel, exams, or personal development. In addition to teaching, I have a background in coaching and communication skills, which allows me to support not only your language goals but also your mindset and motivation. I'm here to help you feel empowered in English and make real progress. I look forward to working with you!

About the lesson

My teaching style is dynamic, interactive, and practical. I focus on real-life English you can actually use—whether you need it for travel, work, studies, or daily life. Lessons typically include conversation practice, vocabulary building, grammar in context, and critical thinking activities. I often incorporate role-plays, authentic materials, and digital tools to keep classes fresh and engaging.

What sets me apart is my background in coaching and communication. I don’t just teach English—I support personal growth and motivation. I help learners feel safe to take risks, speak up, and find their voice in English. I also speak Spanish and Catalan, which can be helpful if you’re just starting out.

My lessons are suitable for all levels—from beginners to advanced—and I also offer support for exam preparation (Cambridge, IELTS), job interviews, presentations, and public speaking.
